Global GastroEconomy Summit – Leta
The 4th Global GastroEconomy Summit, one of the important sector organizations bringing together stakeholders of the gastronomy world, was held at the Atatürk Cultural Center with the participation of sector professionals.
The summit, organized by the Tourism Restaurant Investors and Gastronomy Businesses Association (TURYID), addressed economic developments, sustainability practices, investment opportunities, and global trends in the gastronomy sector. Various sessions focusing on the current state and future of the sector were held as part of the program.

Leta was a Session Sponsor at the summit, which brought together participants from the gastronomy and hospitality sectors.
The Global GastroEconomy Summit brought together diverse perspectives on a common platform, enabling the transformation of gastronomy in Türkiye to be evaluated from different disciplines.
The event, where various Leta products were showcased in sessions held on the summit stage, featured Ilber Ortayli, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Bekir Agırdır, Kaya Demirer, Attila Pintér, Nedim Gursel, Prof. Charles Spence, Erik Wolf, Zafer Kizilkaya, and Ece Sukan as speakers.
